Gather, analyze, and document business and system requirements from clients. Coordinate with development teams to ensure requirements are clearly understood and implemented. Track and monitor project progress, including completed tasks, pending items, delays, and change requests. Prepare and maintain project documentation, status reports, and meeting summaries. Facilitate communication and follow-ups between clients and technical teams to ensure timely delivery. Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT), including documentation, issue tracking, and validation. Provide regular project updates and executive summaries to stakeholders. Assist in managing ongoing system maintenance requests and enhancement tracking. Salary: $62,000 - $75,000/yr. (DOE) Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field. Minimum 3 years of experience as a Business Analyst or in a similar role within an IT project environment. Hands-on experience supporting IT development or system maintenance projects. Strong documentation, analytical, and project coordination skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint). Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to manage multiple tasks and work in a fast-paced client-facing environment. Bilingual in English and Korean preferred.
