Benefits Medical Insurance Vision Insurance Dental Insurance 401(k) Paid Sick hours Job Description Project Planning & Execution: Oversee the detailed planning, execution strategy development, and progress of projects Schedule & Cost Management: Meticulously manage overall project timelines and budgets, ensuring cost-efficient operations to meet objectives Resource Management: Effectively manage project team members (local hires and HQ support staff) and allocate necessary resources as needed Collaboration & Communication: Facilitate seamless communication between HQ teams and the U.S. local team, while maintaining strong relationships with external partners and clients. Quality & Risk Management: Ensure adherence to project quality standards, identify potential risks proactively, and develop/implement mitigation strategies. HQ Knowledge Transfer: Contribute to establishing HQ's project management know-how, technical standards, and processes within the U.S. entity, and transfer knowledge to local personnel. Travel: Undertake short-term and long-term domestic and international travel for project progress and partner/client meetings as required. Qualifications Fluency in both Korean and English (written and spoken): Ability to communicate seamlessly in a business environment. Bachelor's degree or higher (Business, Engineering, or a related field preferred). Experience in Project Management or a similar field: Possessing broad and general experience across various industries or functional areas, with a strong desire to develop project management capabilities. Strong sense of responsibility and a proactive approach to work. Excellent communication and collaboration skills: Ability to effectively communicate and work with diverse stakeholders. Meticulousness and analytical thinking in cost and schedule management. Proficiency in PC applications (MS Office, especially Excel, PowerPoint, Project, etc.). Legally authorized to work in the U.S. Ability to travel domestically and internationally without restrictions. Preferred Qualifications: 3+ years of experience in Project Management or related fields Experience in personnel management or team leadership. PMP (Project Management Professional) or relevant project management certification. High adaptability to new environments and a challenging spirit.
