This role includes process documentation, preparing functional specifications, supporting QA testing, and leading user acceptance testing (UAT). The Business Analyst will also assist with proposal development for new project opportunities. Responsibilities: Gather and analyze customer requirements for technology implementation projects Conduct interviews and workshops in both Korean and English Document functional and technical requirements with bilingual clarity Develop future-state process documentation and detailed functional specifications Facilitate meetings and presentations with stakeholders in Korean and English Prepare UAT test cases and support customers during user acceptance testing Monitor project deliverables and ensure timely completion Provide guidance, training, and support to end users after system deployment Support proposal and pre-sales activities when required Qualifications Bachelor’s degree preferred and/or related work experience Three to five years or more of asset management or corporate employee service operations or project management Proficient with MS offices like excel, word, power point etc. Prefers for three or more years of experience in Product Management and enterprise SaaS products support Strong communication and project coordination skills Bilingual (English / Korean) Additional Information All your information will be kept confidential according to EEO guidelines. *** NO C2C *** Compensation: USD100000 - USD110000 - yearly
