Job Description Consult subdivision leaders to implement business action plans: resource planning, program planning, and budgeting of operational support for business demands. Collaborate with IT Managers/Service Owners to prepare business-case justifications and cost-benefit analyses for new service management initiatives and purchases. Report and publish KPIs, Service Level Agreements (SLAs), and Objectives and Key Results (OKRs) at regular intervals. Prepare and review internal/external statements of work (SOWs) for the procurement of goods and services. Manage and facilitate high profile projects to ensure a timely and smooth completion. Prepare executive summaries and weekly performance reports to support decision-making for Executive Management. Develop and maintain organizational documentation such as White Paper, process flows, SOPs, memos, financial reporting, etc. Provide insights and recommendations on portfolio adjustments/enhancements based on changing business needs, emerging technologies, and industry trends to identify of expansion or efficiency opportunities. Handle complex issues requiring in-depth evaluation of multiple factors. Salary: $62,000 - $75,000 (DOE)/yr. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Business Analytics, Business Information Systems, Computer Science, Finance or equivalent combination of education and experience in the field. 3+ years of proven experience in a business analysis or related roles supporting business optimization initiatives with financial reporting responsibility. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; other experience in business system tools is a plus. Strong written/verbal business communication skills with experience presenting to executives. Experience working at an IT environment is a plus.
