We are actively seeking a Public Trust–cleared Business Analyst with expertise in federal acquisition programs and performance reporting to support our clients at the Defense Health Agency’s Office of Small Business Programs (OSBP). Qualified candidates will assist OSBP in driving data-informed decision-making, supporting small business participation goals, and ensuring compliance with the Small Business Act and Defense Federal Acquisition Regulations.
Note: This position is contingent upon contract award. We are currently seeking qualified candidates to include in our proposal for an upcoming government contract. Applicants selected may be contacted for further steps if the contract is awarded.

WORK DESCRIPTION:

The Business Analyst will provide analytical and program support to the Defense Health Agency’s Office of Small Business Programs (OSBP). This role focuses on industrial and subcontracting data evaluation, program execution reporting, and business performance assessments to ensure small business goals and regulatory compliance are met.

Responsibilities: The Business Analyst will support tasks such as:

  • Conduct analysis of DHA small business participation and subcontracting data.
  • Provide weekly small business achievement reports and semi-annual subcontracting reports.
  • Monitor external and internal communications, compiling key insights for OSBP leadership.
  • Support evaluation of strategic planning initiatives and development of annual small business goals.
  • Develop performance metrics and prepare briefings, reports, and presentations for leadership.
  • Contribute to outreach assessment by analyzing event participation data and value metrics.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:

  • NACI / Public Trust (ADP/IT II level)
  • Bachelor’s degree in business, economics, or related field.
  • 3–5 years of professional experience in business analysis, federal procurement, or small business program support.
  • Familiarity with FAR/DFARS small business regulations preferred.
  • Strong analytical, writing, and communication skills.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and data visualization tools.
