ABOUT THE JOB

The Business Analyst will work on a project focused on the evolution of third-party data ecosystems would aim to streamline the integration of new data and technologies such as data virtualization, APIs, etc., enhancing the accessibility and real-time availability of data across systems
They would ensure high data quality and consistency across various REFERENTIALS data sources and reducing discrepancies in reporting and closing figures by performing a deep analyses on the existing data and sources and transform the processes and technologies used, including the existing REFERENTIALS. The goal is to streamline workflows, improving time to market and enabling faster and more accurate insights for better decision-making

PROFILE AND SKILLS TO SUCCESS

Educational background in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems or Business Management
At least 2 years of professional experience as a Business Analyst or in a similar role
Professional experience in referential administration (data management, database…)
Proficiency in MS Office tools,
Strong knowledge of information systems
Fluent in English
Availability and customer orientation skills
Strong analytical mind, problem solving, planning & organization skills
Analytical and goal oriented
Excellent attention to details, rigour and accuracy
Proactive attitude with ability to work in a fast changing and demanding environment
Team spirit and at ease with multi-tasking
Ability to report
Strong interpersonal communication and presentation skills

Part of FRESH, Master Data is a department in charge of “Master Data” solutions for Finance and Risk. Main objective is to share Data across the group. It covers Referential, Nomenclatures and Dictionaries Solutions
Furthermore, the Master Data Team works in close interaction with the Group CDO team to ensure BCBS 239 compliance and to improve Data Quality
