1. Assist with project management for BOA digitalisation project.

• Work with IT partners/vendors to implement solutions and ensure alignment with business goals.
• Participate in testing and validating new systems and processes to meet business requirements.
• Create detailed documentation of business requirements, processes and solutions.
• Identify automation opportunities; propose and design technical and process solutions that meet business needs and objectives.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand their needs and gather detailed business requirements.
• Ensure proper knowledge transfer from IT partners/vendors to BOA upon implementation of IT solutions, including documentation and training.

1. Support BOA business and administrative operations.

• Test business processes and recommend improvements.
• Analyse data to identify trends, patterns and insights that inform business decisions.
• Communicate findings, recommendations and project updates to stakeholders.
• Create detailed documentation of business requirements, processes and solutions.
• Identify opportunities for process improvements and contribute to ongoing optimisation efforts.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE

Candidates should possess relevant experience as a business analyst or related role. Those with knowledge in Business Administration, Information Technology or related fields would be advantageous. Professional certifications (e.g. CBAP) would be a plus.
