Description

Bridgemead Consulting is recruiting for the position of Business Analyst on behalf of its client. You will be responsible for designing and implementing business frameworks from the ground up, aligning strategies with market trends, and driving operational efficiency to support long-term growth.
As a Business Analyst, you will work closely with the CEO to identify new opportunities, optimize internal processes, and translate complex data into clear, actionable strategies. Your role will involve market and competitor analysis, developing business documentation, engaging with clients, and coordinating meetings to provide tailored solutions that enhance operational effectiveness.

QUALIFICATIONS & PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE:

  • BSc/BA in Business Management or a related field.
  • Minimum of 4 years’ proven experience in a business development or analyst role.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office and other business analysis tools.
  • Experience working directly with clients and managing business strategy implementation.
  • Demonstrated ability to develop detailed documentation and business process improvements.
