Working closely with the Product Manager, Delivery Lead, Designers, Tech Lead, Developers, and QA within one of our Digital squads, as a Business Analyst you will seek to understand the business and customer value to be achieved, align the squad on core objectives, and facilitate the process of breaking down feature requirements into user stories.
In an Agile environment, you will play a key role supporting the squad through navigating from idea to successful release, facilitate squad ceremonies and drive improvement across our ways of working.
With expertise and a passion for business analysis, agile methodologies, and digital products, you will contribute to the growth of the BA craft across our Digital team.
