Roles & Responsibilities

We are seeking an experienced Wealth Management Technical Support with over 7 years of experience in Wealth Management, Private Banking, Capital Markets, and Digital Wealth platforms. The ideal candidate will act as a bridge between business stakeholders, product teams, vendors, and technology teams, ensuring successful delivery, support, enhancement, and optimization of wealth management applications.
Application & Production Support
Manage L2/L3 support for Wealth Management applications / Finacle knowledge
Investigate and resolve production incidents within agreed SLAs.
Coordinate with development, infrastructure, database, and vendor teams for issue resolution.
Perform root cause analysis (RCA) and recommend preventive measures.
Monitor application health, batch jobs, interfaces, and service availability.
Support production releases, deployments, and post-implementation

Desired Candidate Profile

Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field. 7+ years of experience in Banking and Wealth Management technology. Strong understanding of Wealth Management and Core Banking operations. Proven experience in Business Analysis and Production Support roles. Experience working with third-party vendors and multiple stakeholder groups. Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and documentation abilities.
