Position Overview The Principal Analyst – CS Business Systems plays a critical role in supporting billing operations for major industrial and corporate electric customers. This position focuses on SAP-based utility billing applications and drives the design, enhancement, and optimization of customer service systems. You will partner closely with IT architects, business stakeholders, and cross-functional teams to analyze issues, design scalable solutions, and ensure successful implementation through structured testing and release processes. Key ResponsibilitiesSolution Design & Analysis Collaborate with IT and business stakeholders to define project scope, system enhancements, and solutions to complex system issues. Translate business process requirements into functional system configurations and customizations. Validate system designs with business partners to ensure alignment with functional, performance, and operational expectations. Lead the design of integrated, end-to-end system solutions supporting customer service operations. Testing & Quality Assurance Develop comprehensive test plans, scripts, and data for assembly, UAT, and performance testing. Lead cross-functional testing efforts to ensure solution readiness and quality. Maintain and update testing standards, documentation, and processes. Project & Release Support Oversee the transition of functional designs to technical development teams. Participate in release control activities to verify compliance with business requirements. Ensure all system design deliverables are complete, consistent, and aligned with business needs.
