We are looking for an experienced Business Analyst who would like to help us reach our mission to “earn customer loyalty and drive business growth by providing consistently excellent service”.
This role is based in our Woolpit office. Once training has been completed, there may be the option to work 2 days at home, subject to agreement with line management.

• Analyse business requirements, identifying recommendations and engaging with stakeholders to prioritise actions needed
• Manage the investigative work to enable feasibility assessments
• Actively engage in and facilitate open communication with stakeholders, disseminating technical information as required
• Manage the execution of business process improvements, providing advice and guidance to support the changes
• Work with sponsors, users and project teams to develop change management approaches and plans
