REQUIREMENTS

· Technically competent with an appreciation for IT capability, as demonstrated by relevant experience and/or a bachelor’s/ master’s Degree in IT or equivalent.
· Experience in working in IT projects for Insurance companies. The ability to interpret a set of technical, functional, and non-functional requirements and deliver a robust solution.
· Experience in driving design discussions to ensure sustainable end-to-end solutions.
· Chinese language skills (advantageous)
· Good understanding of the software development lifecycle.
· Strong analytical, problem-solving and synthesizing skills.
· Experience in managing senior stakeholders.
· Adaptable to a dynamic project portfolio, able to work across teams and functions.
· A confident communicator that can explain technology to non-technical audiences.
· Experience in working with in-house development teams and vendors.
· Experience in deployment and supporting insurance systems
