REQUIRED SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS:

• Proven experience as a Business Analyst or Requirements Analyst in a technology-driven environment.
• Strong facilitation skills, especially with large and diverse stakeholder groups.
• Expertise in managing end-to-end requirements lifecycle.
• Proficiency in structured analysis methods and tools.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

• Experience with visual management tools (e.g., Miro, Lucidchart).
• Knowledge of Agile and Waterfall methodologies.
• Familiarity with business intelligence tools and data visualization platforms.
• Certification in Business Analysis (e.g., CBAP, PMI-PBA) is a plus.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Partner with business stakeholders to gather and understand business needs and desired outcomes.
• Translate business outcomes into clear, actionable solution requirements.
• Facilitate workshops and discussions with large stakeholder groups to elicit and validate requirements.
• Manage the complete requirements lifecycle from discovery through delivery.
• Conduct structured analysis using both quantitative and qualitative techniques.
