Company Description Job Description We are currently looking for Business Analyst – Cards & Payments (Payment Gateway) for our Qatar operations with the following Skill set and terms & conditions. Key Skills & Competencies: * Strong understanding of Cards lifecycle (debit/credit/prepaid), Merchant Acquiring, and 3D Secure flows. * Hands-on expertise with Base24, Prime 4, MPGS, payment gateway APIs, and settlement engines. * Knowledge of SQL, PL/SQL for data validation, analysis, and reconciliation reports. * Experience working in Agile/Scrum frameworks with tools like JIRA and Confluence. * Excellent documentation and stakeholder management skills. * Familiarity with ISO 8583 message formats and card scheme mandates. * Understanding of dispute resolution systems (Visa Resolve Online, Mastercard DDRS). Joining time frame: 2 weeks (maximum 1 month) Additional Information Terms and conditions: Joining time frame: maximum 4 weeks

Responsibilities

The Business Analyst will be responsible for analyzing and improving the Cards and Payments processes within the Payment Gateway. This includes working closely with stakeholders to ensure effective documentation and management of requirements.
