This role will suit a commercially minded professional with at least five years’ experience in a Big Four or boutique consultancy. You will bring strong stakeholder engagement, business analysis and report-writing skills, with the ability to translate complex challenges into clear, practical recommendations.

You will work with business leaders, project teams to analyse business problems, map processes and customer journeys, develop financial models and business cases, and produce high-quality client deliverables.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyse business needs, requirements, challenges and improvement opportunities.
• Map current and future-state processes and customer journeys.
• Facilitate workshops, interviews and discovery sessions.
• Analyse operating models, organisational structures and business impacts.
• Develop business cases, financial models, options analyses and benefits assessments.
• Prepare high-quality reports, decision papers, presentations and requirements documentation.
• Identify risks, issues and dependencies and provide practical recommendations.

About You

• At least five years’ experience in a Big Four or boutique consulting firm.
• Strong business analysis, process mapping and problem-solving capabilities.
• Experience in financial modelling, business cases and benefits analysis.
