In this role, you will: Analyse and interpret business performance data to identify trends, challenges, and opportunities Develop and maintain insightful reports and dashboards to support decision-making Collaborate with key stakeholders to turn data insights into practical, actionable strategies Ensure data accuracy and availability across systems Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance both service and commercial outcomes About You: Strong analytical and quantitative skills, with an eye for detail and accuracy Excellent communication skills — able to explain data insights clearly and meaningfully Experience with data visualization or BI tools (e.g. Power BI, Tableau, Excel) A collaborative mindset and proactive approach to problem-solving (Desirable) Experience in education, community, or child care sectors Why Join Us At Catholic Early EdCare, we believe our people are our greatest strength.
