ABOUT THIS JOB:

Our client is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Business Analyst, specializing in Change Management and Change Enablement to join our client Transformation Programme Office with the client. You will work closely with cross-functional product teams to assess, design, and implement effective change strategies that ensure the smooth transition of on-premise systems to evergreen cloud-based products, coupled with product management operating model. Your ability to analyze our organization needs and translate them into actionable plans will be key to driving successful change initiatives, fostering stakeholder engagement, and ensuring readiness for change

JOB QUALIFICATIONS

  • 1 to 3 years of experience in Change Management work
  • Relevant Change Management Industry Certification (e.g. ACMP, PROSCI) is highly advantageous
  • Experience in related areas such as Change Management, Talent Management, Learning & Collaboration, Human Capital & Organization Effectiveness (e.g. Organization Design, Culture Transformation, Leadership Effectiveness etc.)
  • Worked on projects in the public services industry for large scale transformation projects
    Identify and manage anticipate resistance, risk or challenges and support actionable plans

Strong functional knowledge and good understanding of transformation projects, specifically focusing on modernisation of core business legacy systems (e.g. Mainframe technologies)

  • Thrive in collaborative work in a diverse team and an agile and technology driven environment, but also able to work independently
  • Proven ability to work creatively and analytically with problem solving and design thinking skills
  • Ability to create and deliver high-impact communications to senior audiences (written and oral) and facilitate complex discussions
  • Strong capabilities in designing and implementing capability development programs to support workforce transformation initiatives
  • Experience in Cloud adoption strategies or SaaS adoption methodologies will be advantageous
  • Strong executive level relationship building skills
