Join the Close Brothers Business Analyst Team where you will be working across the project lifecycle, the Business Analyst is proficient working with traditional or iterative delivery methods.
The successful candidate will possess refined interpersonal skills, as well as work under minimal supervision and exercises a fair amount of autonomy in how they undertake their work.

REQUIREMENTS DEFINITION & MANAGEMENT (SFIA LEVEL 4)

• Defines and manages scoping, requirements definition and prioritisation activities for initiatives of medium size and complexity.
• Contributes to selecting the requirements approach.

• Establishes requirements baselines or backlogs, obtains appropriate agreement to requirements and ensures traceability to source.

• Able to investigate defined business areas and IT systems and adopt an analytical approach when developing models to represent those systems.
• Good interpersonal skills and is able to communicate effectively and confidently with stakeholders.
