Description We are seeking a product-oriented IT Business Analyst to drive the design, enhancement, and optimization of our billing and financial systems. This role will act as a Product Owner for billing-related platforms, translating business needs into scalable system solutions and leading system configuration, automation, and integration initiatives. The ideal candidate has strong system thinking, understands billing and financial workflows, and is capable of designing product features, defining requirements, and collaborating with engineering teams to deliver efficient and accurate billing capabilities. Key Responsibilities Billing System Product Ownership · Own and manage billing system features, configurations, and enhancements · Translate billing, payables, and finance requirements into product specifications · Design billing logic, charge rules, and system workflows · Support setup and maintenance of customer rate structures in the system · Ensure billing system supports accurate and scalable invoicing operations Product Design & System Enhancement · Gather business requirements and convert them into clear functional specifications · Design system workflows, field mappings, and billing configurations · Work closely with engineering teams to implement new features and improvements · Participate in feature planning, backlog grooming, and sprint discussions · Lead User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and validate system functionality Billing Platform Configuration & Optimization · Configure billing modules within ERP / TMS / WMS systems · Design automation logic to improve billing efficiency and reduce manual work · Support onboarding of new customers and billing setups · Continuously improve billing platform usability and scalability Cross-Functional Product Coordination · Act as product liaison between Finance, Operations, and Engineering · Ensure business needs are properly translated into system capabilities · Support issue resolution related to billing system functionality · Train internal users on billing system features and best practices Process & Product Documentation · Maintain product documentation including workflows and configuration guides · Document system features, billing logic, and integration behavior · Support audit and compliance from system design perspective Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems, Finance, or related field · 3–5+ years’ experience in Business Analyst, Product Owner, or System Analyst role · Experience designing or supporting billing, finance, or ERP systems · Strong understanding of system workflows and business processes · Experience working with engineering teams on system implementation · Excellent requirement documentation and communication skills Preferred Qualifications · Experience with billing platforms, ERP, TMS, WMS, or financial systems · Experience writing functional specifications or user stories · Experience with system configuration and workflow design · Experience in logistics, 3PL, or supply chain systems Key Competencies · Product mindset and system thinking · Strong ownership and accountability · Ability to translate business needs into product solutions · Strong cross-functional collaboration · Process design and optimization capability BENEFITS Medical insurance Dental insurance Vision insurance Paid Time Off #ZR
