Responsibilities

PURPOSE OF JOB:

The Business Analyst will join the Technology team at an exciting time as we implement and develop transformational products that drive Comic Relief’s work and enable teams across the organisation to be data-driven and achieve strategic objectives. This role will be instrumental in ensuring successful embeddedness and optimisation of existing and newly implemented Salesforce products, working alongside dedicated product managers and product users.
The successful candidate will work closely with a range of stakeholders across the organisation, including Fundraising, Partnerships, Grant Management, Technology and Data to get an in-depth understanding of business objectives, develop and document user processes, facilitate user testing and improve ways of working. In this role you will be responsible for supporting users who rely on the products to complete daily tasks and achieve strategic goals, and will help to define and prioritise product and process improvements.
