BUSINESS ANALYST & COMMERCIAL OPS SPECIALIST, ASEAN BASED IN KUALA LUMPUR

Build Dashboard and maintenance to support both commercial and operations team. The role will also build uniformity data visualization and metrics measurement.

Responsibilities

WHAT WILL YOU BE DOING?

  • Help build and maintain Dashboard to support both commercial and operations team. Assisting the sales team by providing data analysis, generating reports, and ensuring that sales processes are efficient and effective.
  • Coordinate and centrally collaborate data set from all individual systems across region. Interacting with stakeholders to collect, analyze, and document business requirements.
  • Managing and maintaining accurate customer and sales data, ensuring data integrity and effective reporting.
  • Identifying and implementing process improvements to optimize commercial operations and enhance productivity.
  • Channel Excellence Framework and Process – including Onboarding, Performance Management, Contract tracking and Offboarding. Supporting contract management processes, including drafting, reviewing, and ensuring compliance with contractual obligations.
  • Track Channel performance against their targets by segment and prepare dashboard for the monthly Channel Review.
  • Monitoring and reporting on key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess business performance and identify areas for improvement.
  • Data support and uniformity in data inputs from our 3PL and 4PL partners across countries through respective country sales admin support.
  • Build uniformity in data visualization and metrics measurement.
  • Supporting organizational changes and ensuring smooth transition during new implementations.
  • Support and maintain SIP - Incentive template and calculation for the region.
  • Maintain market and surgery data trend by BU / Country.
  • Provide analytical measures for Commercial Operations Rigor and provide key insights to the leadership team.
  • Drive Operation Execution, identify challenges and facilitate problem resolution.

Success in the role will require a combination of technical knowledge, soft skills, and a deep understanding of both the business and service-providing sides of an organization. Successful candidates would need the following:

  • 4-5 years of progressive experience in commercial, operations and finance experience.
  • Knowledge of software tools used for data analysis such as Microsoft Excel, Power BI, Tableau, or Google Analytics.
  • Knowledge of Enterprise Resource Planning systems like SAP or Oracle can be valuable
