Key Responsibilities

• Gather and analyze business and technology requirements.
• Conduct stakeholder interviews, workshops and requirement-gathering sessions.
• Document business requirements, functional requirements and user stories.
• Analyze existing business processes and identify improvement opportunities.
• Create process flows, use cases and functional specifications.
• Translate business requirements into actionable requirements for development teams.
• Work closely with Product Owners, Developers, QA and Solution Architects.
• Define acceptance criteria and support test-case development.
• Coordinate UAT activities and stakeholder sign-off.
• Analyze system integrations and data flows.
• Support implementation, deployment and post-production activities.
• Identify business risks, dependencies and process gaps.
• Prepare dashboards, reports and management documentation.
• Support Agile/Scrum ceremonies where applicable.
