JOB DESCRIPTION:

  • 8+ years of Insurance experience preferably in Policy servicing and Claim management.
  • Experience on US Insurance Compliance like- ISO, Regulatory, Statutory Reporting etc.
  • Business System Analysis, Data Analysis, Strategic Analyses, Troubleshooting, Diagnosing, Project management, Testing & Support.
  • Good knowledge and understanding on SQL queries database.
  • Experience in Data Analysis and product implementation.
  • Good experience on Microsoft excel to handle the data.
  • Identify and analyze data discrepancies and data quality issues.
  • Ability to see downstream implications resulting from change in scope and/or requirements.
  • Ensure issues are identified, tracked, reported on, and resolved in a timely manner.
  • Document and Refine the Business requirements.
  • Create mockups and process flow diagrams.
  • Effectively manage daily tasks to meet key deliverables.
  • Update and maintain all the trackers and files related to data reporting and SLAs with third party vendors.
  • Have ability to refine the processes by introducing automation.
  • Resolve Development team inquiries related to requirements in a timely manner.
  • Work closely with business partners.
  • Use SQL to triage and perform data investigations.
  • Have ability to see downstream implications resulting from change in scope and/or requirements.
  • Identify potential system and/or process optimizations.
  • Create training documentation as required.
  • Effective Communication and Team Collaboration.
  • Able to identify and escalate issues appropriately and provide timely progress updates.
  • Review deliverables of other team members and give constructive feedback in meetings or written form when required.
  • Follow departmental standard operating procedures, workflow processes and work in a transparent manner.
  • Ability to work autonomously with excellent management skills.
  • Strong analytical skills.
