This team supports a diverse portfolio of client-facing and internal initiatives across customer communications, document composition, inbound document processing, and omni-channel delivery. The role sits in a collaborative delivery environment where strong analysis, stakeholder engagement, and practical solution design are critical to successful outcomes. You will play a key role in ensuring that solutions are aligned to business outcomes and are clearly understood by delivery teams. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES * Lead discovery and requirements definition activities * Facilitate stakeholder workshops and structured discussions * Create high-quality artefacts including business requirements, user stories, and process maps * Ensure requirements are prioritised, testable, and traceable * Support analysis across the full communication lifecycle, including content generation, composition logic, approval workflows, and delivery across digital and print channels. * Identify risks, assumptions, and dependencies and support informed decision-making WHAT YOU WILL BRING * Proven experience as a Business Analyst or in a similar role * Strong communication skills with the ability to engage technical and non-technical stakeholders * Experience in customer communications management, document composition, correspondence platforms, or omni-channel communication environments * Ability to translate complex problems into clear and structured requirements * Strong attention to detail and analytical thinking * Exposure to regulated or high-volume communications environments is advantageous REWARDS AND BENEFITS We offer flexible working arrangements, health and wellbeing support, opportunities to invest in the business, and a supportive, inclusive culture that encourages learning and career development.
