We are looking for an experienced Customer Engagement Business Analyst with strong expertise in banking transformation and digital customer engagement.

• 8+ years of Business Analysis experience, preferably in banking or financial services.
• Strong experience in requirements elicitation, stakeholder management, and BRD/functional requirement documentation.
• Experience in CRM, customer engagement, campaigns, notifications, loyalty, personalisation, or digital banking services.
• Ability to challenge incomplete or unclear requirements and identify gaps and dependencies
