Business Analyst This is your mission Are you passionate about translating complex business requirements into impactful data insights? Then this position is for you. As a Business Analyst, you will act as a bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams, gathering requirements, analyzing data, and delivering actionable insights through Power BI dashboards to support decision-making and performance optimization. Build side: You will actively contribute to analytics and reporting solutions: Collaborate with business stakeholders to capture and document reporting requirements Design, develop, and maintain Power BI dashboards and reports tailored to business needs Perform data analysis and modeling to ensure actionable insights and accurate reporting Blend multiple data sources to create coherent and meaningful visualizations Apply best practices in data visualization, reporting, and dashboard design Ensure dashboards are user-friendly, visually compelling, and aligned with business objectives Run side: You will ensure dashboards and reports continue to deliver value: Monitor dashboard performance and optimize data queries Conduct data validation to ensure accuracy, integrity, and completeness Support business users in interpreting and leveraging dashboards effectively Continuously improve reporting solutions and implement enhancements based on feedback Maintain clear documentation of dashboards, datasets, and analytical processes This is your background You have proven experience as a Business Analyst with a focus on Power BI. You are comfortable working with business stakeholders, translating their needs into analytics solutions, and delivering results that drive decisions. You are fluent in French and have excellent communication skills to collaborate across multicultural teams.
