Business Analyst This is your mission Are you passionate about data platforms and data-driven solutions? Then this position is for you. As a Business Analyst, you will be responsible for supporting the implementation and management of data use cases on a Python-based analytics platform used by quantitative teams (finance, actuarial and risk). Build side: Collect, analyze and challenge business needs by facilitating workshops with stakeholders (business teams, Product Owners, Architecture, Security, etc.). Translate functional needs into clear IT requirements, specifications and user stories. Contribute to the identification and design of new platform functionalities aligned with user needs. Participate in the design and implementation of robust data solutions supporting analytical and quantitative use cases. Analyze data architectures and flows to ensure efficient data integration and availability. Support the implementation and deployment of new use cases from feasibility analysis to production launch Run side: Support users during the onboarding process and adoption of the platform. Produce and maintain operational procedures, documentation and user guides. Ensure continuous monitoring and improvement of existing use cases and processes. Participate actively in Agile ceremonies (daily meetings, sprint planning, backlog refinement, sprint reviews). Contribute to portfolio and use case management within the platform ecosystem. Collaborate closely with business, data and technical teams to ensure smooth operations. This is your background You have 3 to 5 years of experience as a Business Analyst on data-related projects. You enjoy working in data-driven environments and Agile organizations, and you are constantly looking for ways to improve processes and solutions. Responsibilities
