ABOUT COGNIZANT INTELLIGENT PROCESS AUTOMATION (IPA) SERVICES

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Consultant / Analyst to lead and expand our Intelligent Process Automation (IPA) - Consulting portfolio in Benelux for the Life Sciences (LS) industry based out of Benelux region. This role requires a strong balance of consulting delivery expertise, sales acumen and a deep understanding of process and operations consulting. You will be responsible for driving complex consulting engagements, business growth and positioning the organization as a trusted partner for digital transformation and automation initiatives in the Life Sciences industry.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Academic with a master’s degree, preferably in business administration, data analytics or information technology/science
• 5+ years’ experience in consultancy focusing on Digital Transformation and Digital Process optimisation roles in commercial space in the LS industry
• Proven track record of implementing successful digital transformation, Omni-Channel and automation programmes within the LS Industry
• Familiarity with healthcare regulations and standards such as HIPAA, FDA guidelines, and GxP
• Experience in enterprise-wide deployments of process excellence and delivery methodologies (Lean Six Sigma, Agile, DevOps, SAFe, etc.)

ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES

• Lead the delivery of complex IPA engagements, ensuring high-quality outcomes and alignment with client objectives.
• Develop and execute strategies to identify, pursue, and win new IPA consulting opportunities
• Design, implement, and optimize intelligent automation solutions, including RPA, AI, and workflow tools
• Collaborate with clients to define and execute operations consulting projects, driving efficiency, cost savings, and business transformation
• Manage project teams, ensuring resource optimization, client satisfaction, and delivery excellence and serve as a trusted advisor to clients, providing thought leadership on industry best practices and emerging technologies.
• Develop and execute strategies to identify, pursue, and win new IPA consulting opportunities.
• Supporting generation and managing a sales pipeline by engaging with senior client stakeholders and partner with internal stakeholders to craft compelling proposals, business cases, and value propositions tailored to client needs.
