Description

OBJECTIVE

The consultant will coordinate and manage the delivery of complex projects within the client’s portfolio, ensuring alignment with the strategy, objectives, and standards. The consultant will also facilitate collaboration and communication among internal and external stakeholders, manage risks and issues, and report on the project status and performance.

SERVICES & DELIVERABLES DESCRIPTION

In support of the Business Strategy and Project Management Division (the “BSPM”), the consultant will provide Business Analysis deliverables including requirements elicitation, User Acceptance Planning and coordination, end user training, change management in projects managed by Business Strategy and Project Management.

TECHNICAL SKILLS

  • A minimum of 8 years of professional experience including project management and/or business analysis & design
  • Real operational experience in a bank, and general knowledge of capital markets products and operations
  • Experience with the implementation of supranational direct membership of central clearing with Eurex for derivatives
  • Experience with collateral management (bilateral and cleared)
  • Experience with Markitwire
  • Experience with operating model (re-)design for organisations, e.g. asset management firms, international financial institutions (IFIs) and (investment) banks

FUNCTIONAL SKILLS

  • Highly analytical, well-structured and organised
  • Reliable and flexible
  • Team player while at the same time autonomous and a self-starter
  • Strong stakeholder management skills
  • Skilled in meeting and workshop facilitation experience
  • Excellent English communication skills, both oral and written
