An exciting opportunity for a passionate individual, as a Business Analyst Consultant you will be a key part of the team and expected to take the initiative in ensuring the business needs of our client are fully understood.

JOB DESCRIPTION

• Engage with clients to understand business goals, pain points, and technical environments
• Elicit, document, and validate business, functional, and non-functional requirements
• Translate client requirements into clear user stories or BRDs (Business Requirement Documents)
• Facilitate communication between business and technical teams to ensure alignment
• Assist in solution design, data mapping, and documentation of current and future state processes
• Conduct workshops, stakeholder interviews, and user acceptance testing (UAT)
• Support project delivery by tracking milestones, risks, and changes to scope
• Ensure traceability of requirements through the lifecycle of the project

SKILLS REQUIRED:

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and facilitation capabilities
• Understanding of SDLC, Agile delivery, and product ownership principles
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple client engagements
• Documentation : Confluence, Jira, MS Office, Lucidchart
• Databases/BI: SQL, Power BI (basic exposure preferred)
• Project Management: Jira, Trello, Asana, MS Project
• Delivery Frameworks: Agile (Scrum, Kanban), Waterfal
• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Business, Engineering, or a related field (Master’s preferred)
• 2–4 years of experience as a Business Analyst in an IT consulting or enterprise environment
• Bonus: Exposure to ERP, CRM, or SaaS platforms (e.g., Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics)
