Kollabio is seeking a talented Business Analyst to join our dynamic team. You will play a pivotal role in bridging the gap between business goals and technology solutions. As a Business Analyst, you will work closely with stakeholders to gather requirements, analyze processes, and define solutions that drive efficiency and effectiveness in our operations.

REQUIREMENTS

  • At least 5 years of professional experience working as a business analyst.
  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, information technology, or a related field.
  • Certifications: CBAP (Certified Business Analyst Professional)
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Familiarity with tools including MS Visio, Lucid Chart, Miro, and Jira.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Ability to work collaboratively within a team and build relationships with stakeholders.
  • Experience in process mapping and modeling techniques.
  • Familiarity with software development life cycle (SDLC).
  • Detail-oriented with a strong focus on delivering high-quality results.
  • Understanding of project management principles and practices.
  • Proactive and self-motivated with a continuous improvement mindset.
    Note: This role is contingent upon contract award.
