Job Description: We are seeking a Business Analyst to partner with our Senior Manager, Robotics Automation and key business stakeholders to support the delivery of strategic initiatives across Client Experience. This role is a unique opportunity to contribute to the identification, assessment, and prioritisation of opportunities for process improvement, automation, and AI enablement. You will ensure these initiatives align with our organisational strategy, customer outcomes, and operational efficiency objectives. You’ll provide structured analysis, insights, and recommendations to inform decision-making, ensuring our customer-facing processes are scalable, efficient, and meet high service level expectations. What You Will Be Doing: Strategic Support: Partner with leadership to identify and prioritise automation and AI opportunities that drive operational excellence. Process Improvement: Define and refine customer-facing workflows to improve resolution times, service quality, and overall satisfaction. Root Cause Analysis: Analyse customer support queries and incidents to identify underlying issues and potential AI use cases. Stakeholder Engagement: Act as a trusted partner across cross-functional teams, leveraging influence to drive the adoption of continuous improvement initiatives. Solution Delivery: Elicit business requirements, translate them into clear user stories and acceptance criteria, and support backlog prioritisation for delivery teams. Documentation: Document current and future state processes to ensure a shared understanding of change impacts. Operational Readiness: Support change and adoption planning to ensure new capabilities are operationally viable and fit for purpose before release. Job Qualifications: What You Will Bring: Essential: Demonstrated experience as a Business Analyst, specifically supporting automation, robotics, or AI-driven initiatives. Strong ability to document complex end-to-end processes and translate business needs into technical requirements (User Stories/Acceptance Criteria). Proven track record in stakeholder management, with the ability to influence and drive alignment without formal authority. Analytical mindset with experience in root cause analysis and data-driven decision-making. Excellent communication skills, with the ability to clearly explain process changes and benefits to diverse internal teams. Experience working closely with delivery and product teams in an agile environment. Preferred: Experience with project management or workflow tools (e.g., Jira, Hubspot). Qualifications in Business Analysis, Information Technology, or a related field. Familiarity with Client Experience (CX) strategy and customer support frameworks.
