A DAY IN THE LIFE

We are currently seeking a Business Analyst to join our Coronary & Renal Denervation (CRDN) Business Operations team and play a pivotal role within the Western Europe CRDN organization. In this role, you will be responsible for analyzing business needs, identifying opportunities for improvement, and ensuring that business and technology solutions align with strategic goals. You support defining the Growth Therapies’ goals and develop strategies, analyse market trends, customer needs and success criteria. Additionally, you will provide key data analysis and insights to enhance operational decision-making within the Sales team, supporting the CRDN business at its core.
You act as a bridge between stakeholders, such as Business Leaders, Growth Therapies, Operations, Marketing and Finance teams. You report to the Senior Business Operations Manager for Western Europe. You are expected to travel once per month to the Western-Europe region.

REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE AND EXPERIENCE:

  • 2-5 years of proven expertise in data analysis, consistently delivering impactful results, driven by a deep curiosity and passion for uncovering actionable insights through data
  • Skilled at presenting and communicating complex findings to diverse audiences, including senior leadership, while leveraging data analytics to influence internal and external stakeholders, proactively generating insights that drive informed decision-making and highlight key areas of focus or potential risks
  • Proficiency in data analysis, reporting tools, and visualization (e.g., Excel, PowerPivot, Power BI, SQL)
  • Experience with business intelligence (BI) and enterprise software (e.g., ERP, CRM)
  • Demonstrates strong capability to collaborate remotely with cross-cultural teams, driving decision-making processes while effectively managing multiple priorities and maintaining flexibility in high-pressure situations, all while ensuring exceptional attention to detail and a focus on delivering high-quality workFluent in written and spoken English

  • Provide administrative support to the sales function such as analysing the customer and product family performance

  • Track RDN procedures and calculate SPIFF
