Description
Key Responsibilities: Gather, analyze, and document business requirements related to Corporate Internet Banking platforms and payment systems. Lead workshops and interviews with corporate clients, relationship managers, product owners, and technology teams. Understand and map corporate payment flows (SWIFT, RTGS, ACH, GIRO, instant payments, bulk payments). Work on enhancements to cash management products, payment initiation, transaction approvals, and reporting functionalities. Prepare functional specifications, user stories, process flow diagrams, and wireframes. Collaborate with UX/UI teams to design corporate-friendly online banking interfaces. Support UAT (User Acceptance Testing), SIT (System Integration Testing), and work closely with QA teams to validate solutions. Analyze and propose improvements for transaction security, multi-authorization flows, and payment file formats (e.g., MT101, ISO 20022). Ensure compliance with regulatory guidelines for corporate payments (e.g., MAS regulations, anti-money laundering). Act as a bridge between business stakeholders and technical delivery teams. Key Skills and Experience: 5+ years of Business Analyst experience in Corporate Internet Banking and/or Corporate Payments domain. Deep understanding of payment products: Domestic Payments, Cross-border Payments, Bulk Payments, Host-to-Host solutions. Familiarity with SWIFT messages, ISO 20022 standards, and other payment file formats. Experience working in Agile (Scrum/Kanban) environments. Strong stakeholder management, communication, and presentation skills. Hands-on experience with tools like JIRA, Confluence, Visio, Figma (optional). Experience in Digital Transformation projects in banking is a plus.
