We are seeking a Business Analyst to support the delivery of operational business initiatives through business analysis, requirements documentation, governance, reporting and testing support.

This role will work across business processes, data analysis and continuous improvement, helping identify operational challenges, understand root causes and implement practical improvements.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyse business needs and document clear requirements
• Deliver regular reporting and strategic analysis on business activities and results
• Identify trends, conclusions and recommendations from qualitative and quantitative data
• Investigate business problems, determine root causes and support improvement initiatives
• Review, develop and manage business processes, policies and procedures
• Support testing activities and the delivery of operational initiatives
• Assist with operational and organisational design and implementation
• Support compliance with relevant legislation, industry codes, policies and procedures
• Develop process maps and document current and future-state processes
• Support and train business sponsors and resources in Process Excellence principles
• Collaborate with team members and stakeholders to drive continuous improvement

Skills and Experience The successful candidate will have some relevant professional experience, with previous Business Analyst experience highly regarded.

Qualifications
