Identification of automation and digitalization potentials based on process and data analyses
Recording, structuring and specifying business and IT requirements, as well as supporting the implementation from conception to technical acceptance and providing support during testing.
Participation in projects and initiatives within the department in various roles, e.g. as a business analyst, in technical concept development or test coordination.
Preparation, analysis and interpretation of data, as well as the design of reports, key performance indicators, dashboards and evaluations to support specialist departments and management decisions.
