We, emagine GmbH, are looking for support in the role of Business Analyst CRM. The candidate would ideally be available within the next 4 to 6 weeks. The initial collaboration is planned for 6 months and may be extended if successful.
Start: within the next 4–6 weeks
Duration: 6 months, with an option to extend
Location: Saarbrücken (main location) // Partial remote work possible (2–3 days/week on-site + regular travel to other locations such as Frankfurt, Paris and Tunis)
Workload: Full-time
Contract type: Contracting / Service Agreement

KEY REQUIREMENTS:

• CRM fondation, modules and usage
• Knowledge of the Banking field, Sales process, and the Marketing functions
• Design, functional modeling of a solution
• Clear and concise communication, workshop and committee animation
• Critical thinking, analytical approach, Methodical
• Technical / Functional Support
• Knowledge of Jira, Kanban, and Agile frameworks

• Qualify, challenge and frame the needs directly with the operational business lines or their representatives
• Rationalization of business case, formalization and preparation of synthesis for decision-making by top management
• Preparation and animation of project committees, workshops
• Management of change requests in accordance with the team’s project framework
• Writing of detailed functional specifications
• Analyze bugs, qualification and tests
• Functional support to developers
• Assistance of Quality Assurance in acceptance and validation of functionalities
• Project management: Project progress, budget follow-up, reporting of alerts, risks, proposed solutions
