This role supports the Business Intelligence team in driving data governance, dashboard development, and custom analytics, while also partnering with operations and finance to develop tools that enhance decision-making and operational efficiency. The ideal candidate will proactively identify opportunities for improvement, support system integration efforts, build and maintain daily, monthly, and quarterly reporting standards and ensure consistency in reporting across platforms.

JOB DESCRIPTION

  • Consolidate and manage reporting requirements across PM Web, Yardi, Power BI, and Triana and other project management tools
  • Design and develop dashboards, tabular models, and custom analytics to meet client and account needs
  • Collaborate with account service lines and leadership to define reporting strategies and resolve data gaps
  • Lead data governance efforts to ensure analytics platforms operate effectively and securely
  • Perform data assessments, mapping, and integration support for onboarding and system transitions
  • Develop and maintain business glossaries, data dictionaries, and technical documentation
  • Monitor and report on KPI performance, providing insights to senior leadership
  • Support quarterly business review (QBR) preparation and manage associated data review meetings
  • Troubleshoot platform issues and execute user acceptance testing for dashboard enhancements
  • Act as the voice of the customer (VOC) for Triana platform improvements and custom reporting needs
  • Provide training and guidance to account teams on BI tools and platforms
  • Partner with development teams to expand BI offerings through POCs and feature enhancements
  • Respond to ad-hoc reporting requests and other analytical tasks as assigned
