This role will contribute to a high-impact, ground-up initiative focused on building a cutting-edge web portal. The ideal candidate will bring deep expertise in customer-facing digital platforms. This is a REMOTE position operating on Eastern Standard Time hours.

REQUIREMENTS FOR THE BUSINESS SYSTEMS ANALYST – CUSTOMER PORTALS INCLUDE:

  • Minimum of 6 years working as a business systems analyst
  • Proven ability to translate business needs into structured workflows and identify dependencies
  • Solid understanding of technical concepts, especially microservices architecture
  • Experience working in Agile environments with thorough knowledge of the software development lifecycle
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or equivalent professional experience
Responsibilities
  • Act as a bridge between the product team and software developers
