ING is looking for a Business Analyst to strengthen the Information Management team within Finance. This role focuses on delivering customer profitability insights and improving the quality and efficiency of management reporting. You will play a key role in translating financial and business needs into data-driven solutions.

• Analyse and design changes to management accounting systems and datamarts.
• Translate business needs into functional and technical requirements.
• Collaborate across Finance, IT and Data teams in a cross-functional Agile squad.
• Define user stories, acceptance criteria, and support UAT.
• Ensure accurate, compliant reporting aligned with business changes.
• Support the month-end closing process with relevant data insights.
