We’re seeking an experienced Business Analyst with a strong change and implementation mindset to support the delivery of strategic business and technology initiatives across Customer Solutions. Reporting to the Delivery Manager, this role plays a key part in taking initiatives from concept through to implementation, partnering closely with business stakeholders, technology teams and external partners to ensure successful outcomes. What do I need? Proven experience in business analysis, change management, process improvement or an implementation lead role Strong stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to influence across business and technology teams Experience working in structured delivery frameworks (Agile and/or hybrid) Knowledge of mainframe/host based applications and integrated decisioning platforms (eg. Power curve) Experience with Jira and Confluence is highly regarded Why join us?
