TECHNICAL BUSINESS ANALYST (12-MONTH CONTRACT)

We are looking for an experienced Technical Business Analyst to join a dynamic and innovative team on a 12-month contract. In this role, you will be responsible for capturing and documenting business requirements, converting them into actionable user stories, and conducting gap analysis to evaluate the current ("As-Is") and desired ("Future State") business processes.

Key responsibilities include:

• Identifying areas for improvement and assisting in developing a roadmap to achieve the future state.
• Collaborating with technical subject matter experts (SMEs) to ensure technical requirements align with business needs.
• Working closely with the Project Manager to track project progress and ensure solutions meet business objectives.
• Producing clear documentation, process maps, and user stories to drive technical projects forward.
• Managing tasks and tracking user stories via JIRA and ensuring team visibility using Confluence.
• Communicating technical solutions effectively to stakeholders, ensuring that business requirements are well understood by technical teams.

While experience in Cybersecurity projects, particularly in Telecommunications (Telco) or Government environments, is highly regarded, it is not a mandatory requirement. This is a great opportunity to expand your knowledge in these areas, with an added advantage if you have experience with Cybersecurity frameworks and compliance.

• Strong analytical skills and experience in performing detailed gap analysis and process mapping.
• Excellent communication skills to bridge the gap between technical and business stakeholders.
• Proficiency with JIRA and Confluence.

Key Requirements:

• Strong experience in business analysis and process mapping.
• Comfortable in both technical and business aspects of a project.
• Experience with JIRA and Confluence (mandatory).
• Previous experience in Cybersecurity and Telecommunications (preferred, but not mandatory).
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to present complex solutions in an understandable way.
