Cyber Security Business Analyst
Are you passionate about cyber security and ready to make a difference? Toll Group is looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Business Analyst/Business Systems Analyst (Cyber Security) to join our dynamic team. This role is crucial in protecting our assets and ensuring our cyber posture continually improves in the face of evolving threats.
To be successful as Cyber Security Business Analyst, you will need to:
- Assist in the delivery of cyber projects, ensuring they meet design, build, test, deployment, and operational standards.
- Proactively engage with various stakeholder groups to gather cyber requirements and support business activities.
- Plan and facilitate workshops and meetings to translate business needs into functional and technical requirements.
- Support the development and implementation of cybersecurity solutions, tools, and processes.
- Assist in risk assessments, security audits, and the formulation of security strategies.
- Work closely with IT teams, including technical architecture, infrastructure, operations management, and subject matter experts.

- Degree level qualification and a program management or methodology certification is highly desirable
- Strong background in business analysis within cyber security. Extensive demonstrable track record of successfully contributing to the delivery of complex, large scale Cyber / IT projects
- Proven direct experience with cybersecurity frameworks (NIST, ISO 27001, CIS) and security tools (SIEM, Endpoint Detection Response, firewalls, encryption, access control systems). As well as exposure to Agile or Waterfall project methodologies and SDLC processes
- Excellent analytical, communication, and organisational skills. Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Experience with techniques such as use case studies, data/process flow diagramming, process mapping and detailed business and functional requirements documentation
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills to build strong relationships and influence stakeholders.
