Role: Business Analyst (BSS) Location : Malaysia We are currently partnering with a leading technology-driven telecommunications organization that is scaling rapidly to support new digital initiatives and platforms. As part of this expansion, multiple roles are open across key functions to help build, maintain, and enhance next-generation solutions. This opportunity offers exposure to large-scale systems, innovative technologies, and a collaborative environment where skills and ideas make a real impact. Responsibilities: Collaborate to gather and refine business needs Translate outcomes into user stories, process flows, data needs and acceptance criteria in Jira/Confluence Maintain traceability of requirements from design through testing and release Work with QA/QE and product teams to define and validate UAT test cases Participate in agile rituals (planning, demos, retrospectives) and help manage backlog grooming, prioritization, and requirement sign-offs A graduate of Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems, or related field. At least 3 years in business analysis, preferably in digital, telecom, or consumer app environments Hands-on experience with Jira/Confluence and agile methodologies is a must Experience in documenting digital journeys, mobile/web self-serve features, or customer portals Acquired Agile (e.g. SAFe, CSM) or BA certifications (e.g., CBAP) preferred.
