Dains is seeking a talented and detail-oriented Business Analyst to join our dynamic IT team. In this key role, you will act as a bridge between the IT department and business stakeholders, ensuring that technology solutions align with organisational goals.

EXPERIENCE:

  • Proven experience working as a Business Analyst
  • Proficiency in business analysis tools and methodologies, project management software, and data analytics tools
  • Experience within the Microsoft Technology framework having covered migration projects of people and systems (Azure, 365, any Enterprise critical business systems)

COMMUNICATION SKILLS:

  • Your exceptional presentation and communication skills enable you to convey complex information clearly and engagingly across all levels of the organisation.
  • Adaptability and Innovative Thinking:
  • You can adapt to changing business needs and have a flair for thinking creatively to solve educational challenges.

Qualifications

  • Relevant certifications such as CBAP (Certified Business Analysis Professional), PMP (Project Management Professional), or ITIL (Information Technology Infrastructure Library) are highly desirable.
