Dains is seeking a talented and detail-oriented Business Analyst to join our dynamic IT team. In this key role, you will act as a bridge between the IT department and business stakeholders, ensuring that technology solutions align with organisational goals.

EXPERIENCE:

• Proven experience working as a Business Analyst
• Proficiency in business analysis tools and methodologies, project management software, and data analytics tools
• Experience within the Microsoft Technology framework having covered migration projects of people and systems (Azure, 365, any Enterprise critical business systems)

• Your exceptional presentation and communication skills enable you to convey complex information clearly and engagingly across all levels of the organisation.
• Adaptability and Innovative Thinking:
• You can adapt to changing business needs and have a flair for thinking creatively to solve educational challenges.

Qualifications

• Relevant certifications such as CBAP (Certified Business Analysis Professional), PMP (Project Management Professional), or ITIL (Information Technology Infrastructure Library) are highly desirable.

• Evaluate and analyse current business processes within the financial retail sector to identify inefficiencies and areas for improvement.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document business requirements, ensuring alignment with IT capabilities and strategic goals.
• Develop and propose IT solutions that address business needs, improve operational efficiency, and enhance customer satisfaction.Lead and manage IT projects from inception to completion, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to budget and quality standards.
