You will work on engaging projects with some of the largest banks in the world, on projects that will transform the financial services industry. Key Responsibilities Work with Business and Tech SME to document the data points used in business process/report in Excel / Collibra Ensure appropriate controls applied to the important data points Capturing, analysing and documenting business process Participating in the designing of solutions or change interventions Participating in change management activities which can include tasks such as timeline planning to stakeholder engagement Collaborating in change interventions such as training and communication Tracking and documenting progress and managing status reporting Assisting in the implementation of solutions SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE Data Governance Tool such as Collibra is preferable Stakeholder management Agile delivery hand-on experience Banking domain knowledge is preferred. Strong interpersonal and communication skills Ability to cooperate with a variety of people to achieve results Proactive with good organisational skills and forward planning WHY JOIN CAPCO?
