Role Overview The role blends project leadership with data product ownership and includes: End-to-End Business Analysis Work directly with business stakeholders to deeply understand real needs, pain points, and processes. Data Product Ownership Define and own internal data products such as dashboards, applications, simulators, and AI-driven insights. Design efficient end-to-end workflows. Be involved in Predictive Analytics, Chat over Data, and advanced analytics initiatives. Technical Capabilities Work with Snowflake, including understanding of Data Ingestion and Data Architecture. Requirements 3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, Product Owner, or Data Analyst within Data or BI teams. Proven experience in end-to-end business analysis with internal or external stakeholders. Experience in project management or PMO within a data environment. Strong technological understanding of data warehouses and data ingestion processes (Snowflake preferred). Ability to translate business needs into technological solutions, not just reporting dashboards. Experience with BI tools (Power BI and/or Tableau). Strong communication skills, ability to lead processes, and work cross-functionally. Significant Advantage Experience implementing AI capabilities or Machine Learning projects. Background as a Data Product Owner or in building data-driven products. Strong analytical thinking with the ability to identify patterns and actionable insights.
