About the role RFQ Opportunity 6-7 months Contract Melbourne based Hybrid Position Overview: We are seeking an experienced Business Analyst – Data & Reporting to support the delivery of reporting and analytics solutions within a complex, multi-system environment. You will work closely with business and technical stakeholders to gather, analyse, and translate requirements into scalable reporting and integration solutions, using Agile methodologies. This role is ideal for a candidate who combines strong analytical capability with stakeholder engagement skills and a solid background in data-driven project delivery. Key Responsibilities Analyse, define, and document business and functional requirements using Agile practices (e.g., user stories, acceptance criteria). Collaborate with stakeholders including business users, product owners, and technical teams to design effective reporting and data solutions. Facilitate workshops and lead stakeholder discussions to gather requirements and validate proposed solutions. Develop functional designs, including wireframes, mock-ups, and process flows. Create and maintain business process maps to support system and operational improvements. Contribute to system integration specifications and ensure alignment across platforms. Perform data analysis to support reporting outcomes, including the use of advanced Excel and SQL. Support solution demonstrations, validate outputs, and assist with User Acceptance Testing (UAT). Capture and define data collection requirements across multiple systems and ensure appropriate centralised data storage for analysis and reporting. Ensure adherence to secure data transfer standards and practices. Mandatory Requirements Minimum 3 years' proven experience delivering reporting and/or data analytics solutions in project environments. Demonstrated experience in Agile business analysis and/or functional analysis roles. Key Skills & Experience Strong experience documenting requirements through user stories, wireframes, and functional specifications. Proven ability to negotiate and influence stakeholders across business and technical teams. Experience leading workshops and stakeholder engagement sessions. Expertise in business process mapping and solution design. Advanced skills in data analysis, including proficiency in Excel and SQL. Experience developing or contributing to system integration specifications. Exposure to solution demonstrations and UAT support. Understanding of data architecture concepts, including data collection, centralisation, and linkage. Knowledge of secure data transfer concepts and mechanisms. Desirable Experience working with healthcare systems, preferably within a Victorian (Australia) context. Why Fujitsu?
