About the Role (your why) As a Business Analyst in this team, you’ll work closely with stakeholders to understand requirements, analyse data and processes, and recommend effective, value-driven solutions leveraging various project methodologies, including agile. This dynamic role encompasses end-to-end responsibilities such as requirements gathering, documentation, coordinating testing activities, and providing post-implementation training and support. What you’ll do At the moment, as Business Analyst you will be focused on: Meeting with user groups and stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into functional specifications and user stories. Provide context for user stories, answer questions, and ensure alignment with business objectives. Facilitating and coordinating Agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and Retrospectives.Analysing data, workflows, and metrics to recommend improvements. Compiling metrics, creating reporting, and completing data analysis. Coordinating and undertaking testing to ensure solution functionality, efficiency, and user-friendliness. Preparing and maintaining knowledge artefacts. Providing post-implementation training and assistance to users. Collaborating across disciplines to continually improve analytical processes and practices. What you’ll bring Required experience: • 3+ years’ experience in a relevant Business Analyst or equivalent role. • Proven experience with analysis and automation languages, practices, and toolsets. • Understanding of all aspects of the systems/software development lifecycle. • Technical knowledge of programming, system design, IT infrastructure, and database concepts. • Proficient in Agile principles and practices, with a strong understanding of Scrum methodology. • Excellent communication skills (verbal and written). • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. • Previous experience in business process re-engineering. • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Accounting, IT, Science, Engineering, Economics or related discipline. • Experience presenting findings and recommendations to diverse audiences.
